About Me
Kia ora and warm greetings! I'm a celebrant based amidst the picturesque landscapes of North Canterbury. With a heart that spans across cultures, I may be British-born, but Aotearoa is undeniably my cherished home.
Experience and Expertise:
With a profound respect for the journey of life, I bring a wealth of experience to the art of ceremony crafting. For the past six years, I've had the honor of guiding families through the tender moments of farewells in funeral ceremonies. More recently, my focus has extended to joyous unions in weddings, heartwarming Baby Namings, celebratory Renewals of Vows, and reflective Memorials.
Chaplaincy Background:
My journey also led me to serve as a Chaplain for four years in both hospital and tertiary settings. This invaluable experience has deepened my understanding of life's intricacies, enabling me to provide genuine comfort and support during moments of both celebration and reflection.

Family Values:
I understand the importance of family, as I am happily married with four wonderful children and two cherished grandchildren. Family is the heartbeat of my life, and I bring that sense of connection and warmth to every ceremony I undertake.
Embracing Diversity:
While raised in British traditions, my heart resonates with the cultural richness of Aotearoa. I've embraced the language and culture, even picking up a little te reo Māori along the way. This cultural fusion allows me to bring a unique and inclusive touch to ceremonies, ensuring they resonate with all who attend.
Your Ceremony, Your Way:
I am excited about the prospect of meeting you and working together to craft a ceremony that is not only personal but deeply meaningful. Whether it's a wedding filled with joy, a heartfelt farewell, or any other milestone in life, I am committed to creating an experience that reflects your unique story.
Serving Canterbury:
While nestled in the tranquility of North Canterbury, I am more than happy to travel around the wider Canterbury region to be part of your special moments. Your location should not be a barrier to creating a ceremony that speaks to your heart.
Thank you for considering me as your celebrant. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you and weaving the threads of your story into a tapestry of moments that will be cherished for a lifetime.
